RETURN(ED) is a senior capstone exhibit highlighting the experience of North Korean defectors who have defected successfully and who are forcibly repatriated by their own and neighboring governments. The exhibit displays common routes defectors take out of North Korea to Seoul and personal interviews from and photos of real defectors. In addition to raising awareness of forcible repatriation, the exhibit also discusses defectors' journeys. The exhibit book explains Korean history, North Korean culture, more defector interviews, defector help resources & my design process in more detail.
