To maximize user uptake and amplify the message of Maurice Mitchell's seminal essay written to inspire change and effective leadership in progressive organizations, we designed an interactive workbook to house the essay. In addition to creating a fresh and engaging design featuring custom fonts and illustrations, we strategized activities designed to support individuals and groups in moving from negative habits, behaviors, and trends into positive change. We also designed a website to house the workbook, along with resources that support behavior change and positive leadership practices.
